Aerial video shows police standing outside the San Francisco home of Nancy Pelosi, after an intruder broke in and attacked her husband on Friday morning.
Paul Pelosi, 82, was taken to hospital and is expected to make a full recovery. The US House of Representatives Speaker was in Washington when the incident took place.
